Counselling

Counselling is a process of discovering, decoding and analyzing the issues a person is going through in order to help people in managing their situations more effectively. Sometimes we get so bogged by our problems that we find it difficult to find our way out of the maze of life challenges. We are unable to see things objectively and focus on solutions.
Counselling makes people feel more comfortable with themselves, and handle their tensions and stresses with ease. It can bring around awareness in dark phases of life and we end up feeling light by just discussing and venting out our bottled up emotions. Based on this analysis, we guide people how they could solve their blocks and limitations. Sometimes only by counselling, a lot of healing happens as awareness clears the energy of self-created doubts and baseless fears. In case therapies are required, we advise accordingly. But our endeavour is to empower people to work on themselves, rather than become dependent on us.
The therapy/counselling process helps people get “unstuck and unblock”. Through the development of insight and increased self awareness, people are able to gain a better understanding of their own behaviour and the issues, feelings and events that motivate them. This leads to an improvement in health and well being. This often translates into increased self-confidence, productivity and a greater sense of vitality and peace of mind.
Counselling helps in knowing oneself better, one’s feelings, and also one’s relationships with others. It is the first step to unveiling oneself and connecting to your true potential hidden behind the limitations of your mind!
