FAQ’s on Meditation
Q: What is Meditation?
Everyone thinks that the purpose of meditation is to handle stress, to tune out, to get away from it all. While that’s partially true, the real purpose of meditation is actually to tune in, not to get away from it all, but to get in touch with it all. Not to just de-stress, but to find that peace within, the peace that spiritual traditions talk about that passes all understanding. So, meditation is a way to get in the space between your thoughts.
And the more we learn and experience about this space between thoughts, we find ourselves more aware and more experience more freedom from all the conditionings we have.
In meditation, we get into this space so we find infinite possibilities, infinite correlation, infinite creativity, infinite imagination, and infinite power of intention. That’s what meditation is really about.

FAQ’s on Tarot
Q: What are tarot cards and how do they work?
Tarot cards have been around for a long time. A tarot deck is comprised of 78 cards. A reader uses the tarot as a tool to tap into their intuition and to divine the future. Tarot can also be used as a creative prompt, for self development and more.
Q: How accurate is tarot?
Most tarot readers are about 80% accurate at best. No reader, no matter how famous they are or how accurate they claim to be, can read for everyone. There is always room for misinterpretation and no reader can possibly know ‘everything’. If they did, they’d be God! And please remember – if you don’t like something said in a reading, you CAN change the outcome. YOU are ALWAYS the master of your own destiny. The only person who can claim 100% accuracy for your life is YOU. Your actions and thoughts will always determine the outcome. Avoid readers who make you feel otherwise.
Q: What is the best way to ask tarot my question?
Be as specific as possible – especially for an email reading. Include names of anyone you are asking about. Birth dates are always helpful. If you want to send a photo via email, that sometimes can be an aid. Please do not ask the same question over and in a different manner just to try and “get” the answer you want. Be respectful and don’t play games with your questions by dragging a red herring. If you don’t want to know the answer to a question, simply don’t ask.
